| Resumo: | Hodiernamente, é indiscutível a Supremacia da norma constitucional em relação às demais normas do direito, bem como não há dúvida da imperiosa necessidade de submissão do Estado e de todas as forças sociais e políticas à Constituição. O fenômeno do constitucionalismo permitiu a modernidade suprimir o governo de homens pela predominância da lei, inspirada por uma nova forma de composição das relações sociais. | Abstract: | Today, the supremacy of the constitutional norm in relation to the other norms of the law, as well as there is no doubt of the the need to submit the state and all social and political forces to the Constitution.
