dc.description.abstractThis article deals with the classical question regarding whether there is a right answer in law. After demonstrating the existing theories and analyzing them, we chose to try to demonstrate that a correct answer can never be achieved if analyzed from a content perspective. The discussion about the right answer should take place as a procedure, as an attitude that will help prevent the interpreter from being satisfied with any answer, and encourage him to try to find the best possible answer in time and spacept_BR
dc.description.resumoO artigo trata da clássica questão sobre a existência de uma resposta correta no direito. Após demonstrar as teorias existentes e analisa-las optou-se por tentar demonstrar que a resposta correta jamais pode ser alcançada se analisada a partir de uma perspectiva de conteúdo. A discussão sobre a resposta correta deve existir como um procedimento, uma atitude que ajudará o interprete a impedir que se contente com qualquer resposta, tentando encontrar a melhor resposta possível no tempo e no espaçopt_BR
