A atuação do Ministério Público do Trabalho em consonância com as ondas de acesso à justiça: o foco na prevenção de conflitos e na defesa dos interesses coletivos

Abstract

With the advent of the 1998 Brazilian Federal Constitution, the performance of the Public Ministry of Labour (Prosecutors of the Labour Court), achieved relevance, as a permanent institution and with the responsibility of defending the Law, the democratic system and the social and individual interests unavailable to the workers. Associated to the Constitutional text, the Complementary Law 75/93 brought a lot of instruments that are used on the prevention of labor conflicts and on its collective defense. Therefore, this paper aims to evidence the approximation of these attributions with the waves of the access to Justice praised by Mauro Cappelletti and its importance so that the performance of that institution can be developed effectively, on a multidisciplinary and humanist bias.
