Abstract

The present study will analyze the problem that involves the deferral of the denial of paternity in cases in which the registry parent discovers not to be the biological father. In other words, it aims to understand the influence of consent addiction for eventual origin of the action. The focus of the research will be based on the decision-making pattern of the Superior Court of Justice. In this bias, for the proper jurisprudential analysis, it will be crucial to understand certain pillars that guide Family Law, especially with the focus on the right of the child.
