Abstract

Although the legal prediction is expressed in the sense of the application of the binomial necessity-possibility for all kinship relations on which the food duty falls, the application is differentiated, especially in relation to the possibility, when parents' obligations are under analysis for with the children or in reverse. Thus, the present article sets out to analyze this binomial in the theoretical context of the fundamental duties, in order finally to find the measure of the application of this binomial in the fundamental duty of the descendants to provide ascents.
