(Re)conhecer para dialogar: a universidade popular dos movimentos sociais como um projeto educativo emancipatório

Abstract

In an increasingly interconnected world, how connected are the human collectives and their aspirations? We could say that those that are with the hegemonic side of globalization are strongly synchronized and in language), autonomous atmospheres environments (transnational arena) and fast ways (telecommunication technologies) to execute a regulation at the same time diffuse and effective. On the other hand, the organizations and movements that have been vocalizing the to dialogue and to potentialize the fast ways of communication, despite that they already have demonstrated an enormous capacity to create autonomous spaces of articulation, such as the World Social Forum and the Popular University of the Social Movements.
