dc.description.abstractThis article brings up the actual discussion about the imposition of quotes percentage of work vacancy in private companies for people with special necessities (Law nº. 8.213/1991). It discusses the question of politics of affirmative actions, its background and its implantation in Brazil, as well the performance of the Ministry of Work and Job and Public Ministry of Work. Through a field research, it collects samples in companies in the City of Vitória/ES with the purpose of verifying the law fulfillment by the companies, the satisfaction of the deficient workers and employers and, finally, the difficulties experienced by the carriers of special necessities in their workstation.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoEste artigo traz à tona à atual discussão acerca da imposição de cotas de percentual de vagas de trabalho nas empresas privadas para pessoas portadoras de necessidades especiais (Lei nº. 8.213/1991). Discute a questão das políticas de ação afirmativa, seu histórico e sua implantação no Brasil, bem como a atuação do Ministério do Trabalho e do Emprego e do Ministério Público do Trabalho. Por meio de uma pesquisa de campo, coleta amostras em empresas do município de Vitória/ES a fim de verificar o cumprimento da lei pelas empresas, a satisfação dos empregados deficientes e dos empregadores e, por fim, as dificuldades encontradas pelos portadores de necessidades especiais nos seus locais de trabalho.pt_BR
