Extinção das abelhas no Brasil e a violação ao direito fundamental ao meio ambiente ecologicamente equilibrado e à vida digna

Abstract

The present work seeks to carry out an analytical approach on the violation of the right to the ecologically balanced environment and right to life that the extinction of bees in Brazil will cause. This issue is of extreme relevance, since bees are responsible for 80% of the agricultural pollination process and 75% of human food; and the disappearance of these pollinating agents has been increasingly frequent worldwide, which is caused by a number of factors, such as the use of pesticides, pesticides, which compromise the activity of pollination of bees, as well as deforestation and burning, that generates the loss of the habitat of these insects. Thus, it is clear that the extinction of the bees would cause an environmental imbalance that could endanger the survival of man and of several species. Since the ecologically balanced environment is a fundamental right of the third dimension, it is directly related to the exercise of human life with dignity. Thus, in the light of the right to the balanced environment and the right to a dignified life, the study contemplates theoretical deepening in environmental dogmatics and constitutional, treating in a pragmatic way not only the theoretical concepts pertinent to the topic addressed but also agronomic research, making clear the damage caused to humans and the environment with the possible extinction of the bees.
