A função socioambiental do parque estadual da Pedra Azul

Abstract

The objective of this study is to study the socioenvironmental function of the property, in relation to the Pedra Azul State Park. In view of this, it will be treated on the right of ownership, bringing its concept and faculties to use, enjoy, dispose and recover the thing, also making an analysis of the historical evolution of property and addressing its social function. In addition, as a way of understanding the socio-environmental function of property, the relation between the right to the balanced environment and the limitation of property will be made. Thus, the environmental and economic importance of the Pedra Azul State Park will be discussed, through themes related to its creation, management, biome and management, as well as the economic activities analyzed in it. Finally, the right to a sustainable city will be addressed through the World Charter for the Right to the City and the City Statute, bringing the vision of the communities of the District of Aracê to the Pedra Azul State Park. For this, a bibliographical research was carried out in order to elucidate the subject, as well as a quantitative research, through the collection of data that enriched the work
