Biografias não autorizadas: uma colisão entre direitos fundamentais

Abstract

This paper proposes to expose the existing conflict between the right to freedom of expression and information in the face of the right to privacy and privacy, in the context of unauthorized biographies. In addition to identifying the legal predictions of these fundamental rights, their fields of action and the criteria to be considered for the resolution of the conflict, considering all the points about the two currents that focus on the subject of unauthorized biographies. In this context, the dialectical method will be used, which intends, through a complex reasoning, to arrive at a new idea from a counterposition.
