metadata.dc.description.resumo:	O atual Código de Processo Civil trouxe grandes modificações e inovações quanto ao tratamento das tutelas fundadas em cognição sumária e a maior delas foi a previsão da possibilidade de estabilização dos efeitos de decisão que conceder a tutela antecipada requerida em caráter antecedente.
Abstract:	The current Code of Civil Procedure brought great changes and innovations regarding the treatment of tutelas based on summary cognition and the largest of them was the prediction of the possibility of stabilization of the decision effects that grant the advance protection required in antecedent character.
