dc.description.abstractThe times change, the structure of the family becomes. Reflecting on the new concepts for this institute, it is evident the necessity of the continuity of the affective bonds for the creation of the child. However, it is common for parents to abandon this principle, generating family conflicts. Among these conflicts of serious emotional neglect, one has the parental alienation, situation a parent induces his son to move affectively away from the other parent. Due to the seriousness of the problem and the need for a rapid diagnosis, the Parental Alienation Law (nº 12.318 / 2010) was promulgated, which seeks to prevent or end this conduct through sanctions and rules.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoMudam-se os tempos, transforma-se a estrutura da família. Refletindo sobre os novos conceitos para esse instituto, evidencia-se a necessidade da continuidade dos vínculos afetivos para a criação da criança. Entretanto, é corriqueiro o abandono desse princípio por parte dos pais, gerando conflitos familiares. Dentre esses conflitos de grave negligência emocional, tem-se a alienação parental, situação um genitor induz seu filho a se afastar afetivamente do outro genitor. Devido à gravidade do problema e a necessidade de um diagnóstico rápido, foi promulgada a Lei da Alienação Parental (nº 12.318/2010), que busca prevenir ou acabar com essa conduta a partir de sanções e regras.pt_BR
