Juizado especial estudal cível de vitória e sua base principiológica: uma possível violação ao princípio da celeridade processual

Abstract

This paper seeks to analyze the Principle of Process Celerity, with the purpose of assessing its violation, or not, within the system of the State Special Civil Courts of Vitória / ES. In order to achieve this purpose, it was necessary to make an explanation about the origin of the Special Courts, such as analyzing its principiological base, as well as collecting data from all 9 (nine) State Civil Probate Courts. With these considerations in mind, it explored the central problematic of a possible violation of the Principle of Process Celerity, in order to analyze the effectiveness of the Special Civil Court, focusing on the Region of Vitória / ES, using the quantitative analysis of the number of active processes in each Special Civil State Court of Vitória / ES and the hearing date of each Court. However, today, this entity is doomed to almost failure, due to the high number of disputes and the lack of implementation of measures that will make this institution comply with its objective.
