metadata.dc.description.resumo: | A responsabilidade social é um dos fenômenos em maior ascensão no âmbito das atividades empresariais, denotando a imprescindibilidade de uma nova lógica produtiva para a manutenção do modelo econômico vigente. Para tanto, este trabalho discorre sobre a relação entre capitalismo e sustentabilidade, pela qual surge a ideia do consumo consciente. Em consonância, verifica o crescimento no mercado de empresas humanizadas, que reconhecem as relações de interdependência na cadeia de produção, seja interna ou externa, de modo que se comprometem em alcançar resultados favoráveis concomitantemente perseguem o lucro. O presente estudo foca na responsabilidade social enquanto ideologia e busca, a partir da análise do caso Natura, identificar como o comportamento ético e responsável se relaciona com o propósito de sustentabilidade, fomentando o desenvolvimento sustentável no mercado. Diante disso, apresenta as principais teorias acerca do conceito de responsabilidade social empresarial, ao passo em que destaca a crescente importância da atuação das instituições no que tange os aspectos econômicos, sociais e ambientais em que está inserida. |
Abstract: | Social responsibility is one of the most important phenomena in the scope of business activities, denoting the indispensability of a new productive logic for the maintenance of the current economic model. For this, this paper discusses the relationship between capitalism and sustainability, through which the idea of conscious consumption arises. Accordingly, it verifies the growth in the market of humanized companies, which recognize the relationships of interdependence in the production chain, whether internal or external, so that they undertake to achieve favorable results concomitantly pursue profit. The present study focuses on social responsibility as an ideology and seeks to identify, from the analysis of the Natura case, how ethical and responsible behavior is related to the purpose of sustainability, fostering sustainable development in the market. In this context, he presents the main theories about the concept of corporate social responsibility, while highlighting the growing importance of the institutions' actions regarding the economic, social and environmental aspects in which they are inserted. |
