dc.description.resumoPor meio do presente trabalho, trata-se do direito fundamental à intimidade e da concepção de privacidade que dele deriva no contexto pós-digital do século XXI, procurando-se compreender de que forma os avanços tecnológicos influenciam o comportamento social e a relação dos usuários da internet com sua própria privacidade. Em especial, busca-se trazer ponderações no que concerne a transformação desse direito fundamental no plano jurídico, investigando-se problemas concretos e teóricos para o pleno desenvolvimento da democracia na era digital, bem como possíveis soluções para os mesmos problemas, tendo em vista que as respostas tradicionais não mais atendem a nova realidade sociojurídicapt_BR
