| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Este artigo tem como objetivo demonstrar que na sociedade brasileira atual não tem mais motivos para se ter uma polícia militar, tendo em vista que não vivenciamos mais um regime militar. Nesse aspecto, não é necessário que o policial militar continue a sofrer abusos dentro da instituição e os propaguem aos cidadãos, tratando-os como inimigos. Será aqui discutido as violações aos direitos sociais, políticos e a liberdade de locomoção por meio da prisão administrativa, além do desvio de finalidade que ocorre com a PM ao ser usada |
| Abstract: | This article aims to demonstrate that in today's Brazilian society there is no longer any reason to have a military police, since we do not have a military regime anymore. In this regard, it is not necessary for the military police to continue to suffer abuse within the institution and to propagate them to citizens, treating them as enemies. It will be discussed here the violations of social and political rights and freedom of movement through administrative detention, as well as the misuse of purpose that occurs with the PM when it is used by governments to defend the interests of the State and not of the population. |
