| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | A Resolução do Conselho Federal de Medicina 1957/2010 representa um avanço no enfrentamento das questões éticas relativas à reprodução assistida no Brasil e coloca o Conselho Federal de Medicina (CFM) como o protagonista normativo de problemas sociais que já deveriam ter sido objeto de decisão do Poder Legislativo. Ela evidencia o descompasso entre o tempo social e o tempo legislativo e o atraso a que ficamos submetidos enquanto o legislativo não consegue dar conta de uma sociedade que renova seus padrões éticos e de uma ciência em permanente avanço. |
| Abstract: | The Resolution of the Federal Council of Medicine 1957/2010 represents a step forward in addressing the ethical issues assisted reproduction in Brazil and places the Federal Council of Medicine (CFM) as the normative protagonist of social problems that have already should have been the subject of a decision by the Legislative Branch. She evidence the gap between social time and legislative time and the delay in which we are subjected to while the legislature can not handle it of a society that renews its ethical standards and of a science in permanent advancement. |
