he manifestations of 2013 and the finding of a generalized state of collective impotence, while at the same time signaling a certain contradiction, also encroach on a relationship of complementarity that seems to be the hallmark of the complexity of modern societies. This article analyzes the alternative of the return to the agora, neither public space nor private, before public and private, of building collective solutions to individual problems, dealt with by Zigmund Bauman, and the demands of Philip Petit's theory of freedom , seen as a condition of being considered responsible, aiming to propose a more promising horizon to be followed by the current society. In view of the nature of the proposed objectives and the authors used in the analytical process the dialectical approach was applied. Combining the two mentioned aspects, one sees a constitutional and sociologically rich perspective, that is, that enables to the individuals, within the scope of the discursive control and in the exercise of the ideal of political freedom, that effectively assume the status of protagonists, permanently dialoguing around the political project whose bases are fixed in the Constitutional Charter.
