dc.description.abstractThe complexity of common environmental conflicts emphasizes the utmost need for unity and cooperation among various international actors. Global Environmental Governance allows non-state actors to address global issues and promote global sustainability agendas. This multi-actor engagement leads to the creation of soft law norms and the establishment of private regimes, essential for building a sustainable international community. This article aims to study the role of private soft law in addressing common environmental issues and to demonstrate how private regimes are crucial for promoting humanity’s sustainable development. This is an exploratory research, elaborated through a bibliographical and documentary survey to study the role of soft law in facing international environmental problems.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoA complexidade dos conflitos ambientais comuns enfatiza a extrema necessidade de unidade e cooperação entre vários atores internacionais. Global a Governança Ambiental permite que atores não estatais abordem questões globais e promover agendas globais de sustentabilidade. Este envolvimento de vários atores leva à criação de normas de soft law e ao estabelecimento de regimes privados, essencial para a construção de uma comunidade internacional sustentável. Este artigo tem como objetivo estudar o papel da soft law privada na abordagem de questões ambientais comuns. Questões e demonstrar como os regimes privados são cruciais para promover o desenvolvimento sustentável da humanidade. Esta é uma pesquisa exploratória, elaborado por meio de levantamento bibliográfico e documental para estudar o papel da soft law no enfrentamento dos problemas ambientais internacionais.pt_BR
