Desse modo, foi realizada uma análise da legislação brasileira e do poder judiciário e suas atuações no tocante ao tema, bem como os princípios constitucionais que protegem os direitos aos idosos, uma vez que o abandono afetivo inverso ainda não está positivado no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro. | Abstract: | The present work seeks to analyze the (im)possibility of exclusion of heirs descendants in the case of reverse affective abandonment, inserting this theme in front of to the numerous prejudices faced by the elderly population in Brazil.
