| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | No presente trabalho será abordado os fundamentos da ordem patriarcal, termo comumente designado a explicar os ditames da dominação masculina perante as mulheres e, consequentemente, a sua submissão. Nesse diapasão, o patriarcado é o instrumento coercitivo utilizado para legitimar a supremacia masculina e ditar o comportamento e papel da mulher na sociedade. Assim, o que se visa analisar no presente ensaio é a relação entre o patriarcado, a dominação masculina e o crime de estupro marital. Em um primeiro momento, de forma a englobar a temática, será abordado a criação da ordem patriarcal e a sua lógica de pensamento. Posteriormente, a partir dos conceitos de condição feminina e violência simbólica de Pierre Bordieu, será analisado o processo histórico de naturalização do patriarcado e da dominação masculina. Por fim, a relação dos conceitos supracitados com o crime de estupro marital, compreendido como a violência sexual dentro da constância das relações íntimas |
| Abstract: | In the present work, the foundations of the patriarchal order will be addressed, a term commonly designed to explain the dictates of male domination in the face of women and, consequently, their submission. In this vein, patriarchy is the coercive instrument used to legitimize male supremacy and dictate behavior and role of women in society. Thus, what is to be analyzed in the present essay is the relationship between patriarchy, male domination and the crime of marital rape. At first, in order to encompass the theme, it will be addressed the creation of the patriarchal order and its logic of thought. Subsequently, based on the concepts of the female condition and symbolic violence of Pierre Bordieu, the historical process of naturalization of patriarchy will be analyzed and of male domination. Finally, the relationship between the aforementioned concepts and crime of marital rape, understood as sexual violence within the constancy of intimate relationships |
