| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Este trabalho trará como base, para as premissas críticas que propõe, que os direitos fundamentais à saúde, liberdade, cidadania, lazer e toda gama de direitos inerentes a pessoa humana, se mostram como imprescindíveis para efetivação do idoso como sujeito de direito. Dessa forma, será analisado as concepções acerca da representação do idoso na sociedade, diante das consequências do envelhecimento na autonomia do septuagenário, considerando haver uma visão negativa do processo de envelhecer, em que, em realidade, é comum a busca pela presunção da incapacidade, diante da vulnerabilidade dessas pessoas |
| Abstract: | This work will bring as a basis, for the critical assumptions it proposes, that the fundamental rights to health, freedom, citizenship, leisure and the whole range of rights inherent to the human person, are shown to be essential for the realization of the elderly as a subject of law. In this way, the conceptions about the representation of the elderly in society will be analyzed, given the consequences of aging on the autonomy of the septuagenarian, considering that there is a negative view of the aging process, in which, in reality, the search for the presumption of incapacity is common, given the vulnerability of these people |
