dc.description.abstractThe Coronavirus pandemic has altered all spheres of life in society and it would not be different in the Judiciary, even more considering that the object of the Law is to regulate the human relations. Thus, the Judiciary had to be rethought in the light of the measures to combat SARS-COV-2 and adapted to the “new normal”, with the remote work and encourage the computerization of the process, such as hearings and sessions by videoconference, in order to guarantee the inviolability of the Jurisdiction and the effectiveness of the jurisdictional provision, also considering the new social conflicts that emerged from the pandemic and demand a judicial responsept_BR
dc.description.resumoA pandemia do Coronavírus alterou todas as esferas da vida em sociedade e não seria diferente no Judiciário, ainda mais tendo em vista que o objeto do Direito é regular as relações humanas. Dessa forma, o Poder Judiciária teve de ser repensado à luz das medidas de combate contra a SARS-COV-2 e adaptado ao “novo normal”, com o trabalho remoto e o fomente a informatização do processo, a exemplo das audiências e sessões por videoconferência, a fim de garantir a inafastabilidade da Jurisdição e a efetividade da prestação jurisdicional, considerando, ainda, os novos conflitos sociais que emergiram da pandemia e demandam uma resposta judicialpt_BR
