Abstract

The Coronavirus pandemic has altered all spheres of life in society and it would not be different in the Judiciary, even more considering that the object of the Law is to regulate the human relations. Thus, the Judiciary had to be rethought in the light of the measures to combat SARS-COV-2 and adapted to the “new normal”, with the remote work and encourage the computerization of the process, such as hearings and sessions by videoconference, in order to guarantee the inviolability of the Jurisdiction and the effectiveness of the jurisdictional provision, also considering the new social conflicts that emerged from the pandemic and demand a judicial response
