| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | A presente pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar a existência de uma possível mercantilização nas adoções internacionais no Brasil sob a perspectiva da legislação pátria sobre o assunto, que sofreu grandes modificações nos últimos anos, trazendo grandes inovações, como a Lei Nacional de Adoção e o Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente, que garantem a proteção integral dos adotados durante todo processo de adoção. Nesse sentido, se torna necessário entender como o processo de adoção ocorre, tanto nacional quanto internacionalmente, a fim de analisar como a proteção a este grupo vulnerável é realizada atualmente no Brasil, a fim de determinar ou não a existência da mercantilização da adoção internacional. A monografia buscará apoio no método hipotético-dedutivo, que busca a criação de diferentes hipóteses, que são postas a testes quanto a sua veracidade ou não, a partir da verificação das respostas tem-se a comprovação ou não das hipóteses |
| Abstract: | This research aims to analyze the existence of a possible commercialization in international adoptions in Brazil from the perspective of the national legislation on the subject, which has undergone major changes in recent years, bringing great innovations, such as the National Adoption Law and the Statute of Children and Adolescents, which guarantee the full protection of those adopted during the entire adoption process. In this sense, it is necessary to understand how the adoption process occurs, both nationally and internationally, in order to analyze how protection to this vulnerable group is currently carried out in Brazil, in order to determine whether or not the commodification of international adoption exists. The monograph will seek support in the hypothetical-deductive method, which seeks the creation of different hypotheses, which are put to tests as to their veracity or not, based on the verification of the answers, there is the confirmation or not of the hypotheses |
