Abstract

This work deals with the problem of the knowledge of law, comparing the main suggestions in the history of Western thought: empiricism, rationalism and theory of language. To do so, it starts from a realistic, descriptive and tentatively neutral perspective, and seeks to show that law, as part of the real world, is rhetorically constructed
