Para isso, serão postos em discussão a questão do dever fundamental de proteção do meio ambiente, o princípio da solidariedade e os direitos fundamentais, o holismo ambiental e sua importância na efetivação da solidariedade ambiental. O dever fundamental de preservação do ambiente não se estabelece apenas para o Estado, também é obrigação dos cidadãos. Todos têm responsabilidade de promover o meio ambiente sadio e de qualidade e quando o ser humano se sente parte da natureza, a solidariedade se torna consequência |
| Abstract: | This article aims to discuss the application of the principle of solidarity in relations between human beings and the environment. To this end, the question of the fundamental duty to protect the environment, the principle of solidarity and fundamental rights, environmental holism and its importance in the realization of environmental solidarity will be discussed. The fundamental duty of preserving the environment is not only established for the State, it is also the citizens' obligation. Everyone has a responsibility to promote a healthy and quality environment and when human beings feel part of nature, solidarity becomes a consequence |
