| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Este artigo trata da aproximação entre a teoria política do reconhecimento, de Charles Taylor, e a teoria do sentimento constitucional, de Pablo Lucas Verdú, como suporte para uma análise crítica da construção da noção de sujeito no constitucionalismo brasileiro. Nesse caminho, além das categorias referidas, aborda também o problema da cidadania na modernidade periférica, com alguns de seus desdobramentos, por exemplo, em especial, a questão da desigualdade social. O principal objetivo do texto não é ofertar respostas absolutas para o problema do sujeito constitucional e sim ajudar a compreender o complexo cenário filosófico-político-jurídico que envolve esse assunto na chamada modernidade periférica. |
| Abstract: | This article discusses the proximity between the theory of Political Recognition by Charles Taylor, and the theory of the “Constitutional feeling”, by Pablo Lucas Verdú, as a support for a critical analysis of the construction of the notion of the subjetc in the Brazilian constitutionalism. In this way, in addition to those categories, the problem of citizenship in peripheral modernity is also discussed, with some of its developments, that is, in particular the issue of social inequality. The main purpose of this text is not to offer absolute answers to the problem of the constitutional subjetc but to help understand this complex legal-political philosophical scenario surrounding this matter in the so-called peripheral modernity. |
